Why can't I find a contact in Prophet after I created it? Error about "... in a folder not synchronized with Prophet"

After you've created new contact, you don't find it in Prophet.
Changes to Outlook might have reset an ID that Prophet and Outlook uses.
Reset Prophet to use your "Contacts" folder. If Prophet is currently showing "Contacts" and you use a separate folder, steps to update Prophet are farther down in this article.
Select Contact Manger.
Click Prophet's Tools button to open Prophet Administrator.
In the "Set Working Contact Folder" page, click the Refresh button,
Check the box by the folder that you use with Prophet.
If you're prompted to Register the folder, click Yes.
If you are prompted to Synchronize the folder, you can click No. It would have been synchronized when you first installed Prophet.
Using a separate "Prophet Contacts" folder or a public folder.
