You try to open a Prophet window, such as a Company or Opportunity, and it doesn't open.
If the problem is with Prophet's Link "Attach Email" page, please see the 2nd Solution.
We've found that sometimes when trying to open a Prophet window, that it doesn't display.
If you click or hover over it's icon, you'll see a white or black icon for it.
Right-click it and click Maximize.
After that, Prophet windows should open normally, without needing the workaround.
If you need to maximize this more than once, please contact Avidian Prophet Support.
If many Outlook windows on the Taskbar are stacked, you can right-click and Maximize it from there.
If you select an email and click the Prophet tab and click Link, and have a similar problem, here are the steps:
Right-click the white "window" and click Move.
Use any Arrow key and then the window will be attached to the mouse.
Move the mouse to where you want the window and click.
The Attach Email window should display properly now.
And you won't need to do those steps again.
