Adding User to Analytics and Excel Report

To provide access for Users to gain Analytics an Admin of Prophet for the company will need to sign in to Prophet on Demand site and provide the permission.

• Admin will need to sign in to with their Prophet account https://www.prophetondemand.com/prophet/admin/login.aspx

• Once signed you will need to go to the “User Privilege” on the left hand side

• You will then need to go to the Name of the User and check under Analytics Standard and if you need to Excel Privilege you will need to check that as well.

• Once granted the access the user will just need to restart their Outlook and the Analytics should be available in the Prophet tab.
