Email Template with Image Issue

User may get an issue where Email Template does not show Image when creating a "Sales Automation"

We need to verify the picture format is a HTML and then save the template

You will need to adjust this in the Mail Setting in Outlook

Also you can adjust for a picture to be default to HTML than rich format text
