No Opportunities in the Opportunity Manager

This will address when a client is installed without a local SQL instance is connected to a server that is upgraded from Prophet 5 to Prophet Ultimate (5.5) and loses it's Opportunity data.

When a Prophet server (Professional or Enterprise) is upgraded to Prophet Ultimate, any client that is attached to that server that was installed without a local SQL database will lose it's Opportunity Data from the Opportunity Manager. This can be resolved by reinstalling the Client using the Prophet Ultimate full installation file with the 'No SQL' option.

TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE:

1. Uninstall the previous version of Prophet from the Prophet client.

2. Reinstall the Prophet Client with the 'No SQL' option

The Client should now be able to connect to the Prophet Server and their Opportunity Data should be available.


SYMPTOMS:

No data in the Opportunity Manager
No Opportunities
Missing data
Opportunity Manager is empty
