If Prophet's folders show just a Black X in the upper left, you'll go through steps to re-register Prophet's files in this Knowledgebase Article.
If those show an error that Strong Name Validation failed, these steps should fix it.
Download the attached file, "8013141A Strong Name Validation.zip" and run the file in it, "8013141A Strong Name Validation.reg".
Click Run if prompted.
Click Yes to "... allow this app to make changes..."
Click Yes to continue.
Go back top the steps in the previous KB article and re-run the registration commands.
