Analytics Debugging

This is only needed if Support has asked you to test.


Quick Debug.


Update this URL with your UserName, Prophet password and Company ID.  You can contact Support for that number.

https://prophetondemand.com/prophet/Analytics/Home/EmbedReportJson?username=USERNAME@DOMAIN.COM&password=ABC123&companyID=NNNNN

It should return a lot, starting with this.

If it shows "NotEnabled", that means that the email, password or ComanyID is wrong.

Or if there is an = sign in the password, that will cause this error.

Change the password and test.

If it only returns one line and it shows "GatewayIdNULL", Support can delete the cached report on the server and that will fix it.

Debug Version

This version was built on 5/22/2022.

Download and unzip the folder (in any location)

https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/download.avidian.com/prophet/install/AnalyticsDebug/Debug.zip

Run the file ProphetAdvancedAnalytics.exe from the folder

Send the log to support: C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Avidian Technologies\AnalyticsLog.txt
