"Login Failed. The email or password is not correct" error for On Premise Users

Problem

If your Prophet users previously were able to connect, but now can't and getting this message, it might be due to your Virus software.

"Login Failed. The email or password is not correct."

Solution

It was determined that Trend Micro was blocking.

An exception was added for ProphetOnDemand.com in Trend's IWASaaS Exception List.
